ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING A
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF SURPLUS FUNDS FOR WATERVALVE
REPLACEMENT AND INSPECTION OF THE WATER TOWER LOCATED IN NORTH
JEFFERSON CITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplemental appropriated within the Water Fund to
the Water System Capital Projects Account the net amount $3,435 as outlined in Exhibit
A attached hereto, for replacement of a valve and inspection of the water tower located in
North Jefferson City.
Section 2, This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
