SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE
TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA
REGULAR MEETING
OCTOBER 15, 2013
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Sternquist called the Successor Agency to the Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to order at 9:33 p.m. at the First United Methodist
Church located at 5957 Golden West Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Member - Chavez, Vizcarra, Blum, Sternquist
ABSENT: Member - Yu
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Pulido, Agency Attorney Vail, Agency Secretary
Kuo, Administrative Services Director Hause and Community
Development Director Persico
Vice Chair Blum made a motion to excuse Agency member Yu. Seconded by Agency member
Vizcarra and unanimously carried.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Vice Chair Blum made a motion to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Agency
member Vizcarra and unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Successor Agency is requested to review and approve the Minutes
of the Regular Successor Agency to the Former Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency Meeting October 1, 2013.
Action: Approved.

7. PUBLIC COMMENTS
The Successor Agency will now hear public comments regarding items not listed. on the agenda.
