RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE I`1IDPEININSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE
DISTRICT AMENDING RULES OP PROCEDURE
The Board of Directors of the Iiidpeninsula Regional Open
Space District does resolve that the Rules of Procedure
adopted on January 10, 1975 by Resolution No. 75-25 ( and as
subsequently amended) are hereby amended as follows:
Section One. Section 1.12 shall be amended to read:
1.12 Special Meetings. Special meetings may be called
at any time by the President or at the request
of a majority of the members of the Board. Written
notice of such meeting shall be delivered per-
sonally or by mail to each member and to each
local newspaper of general circulation at least
24 hours before the time specified for the pro-
posed meeting, provided that the failure to
receive notice shall not affect the validity of
any action taken at the meeting. The notice shall
specify the time and place of the special meet-
ing and the business to be transacted,: which shall
be determined by the Board or by the General
Manager in consultation with the President. No
other business shall be considered at the meeting.

I, the District Clerk of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space
District, hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy
of a resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the
Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District by the above vote at a
meeting thereof duly held and called on the above date.
