AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELINQUISHING A CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES IN A PORTION OF HERITAGE HOLLOW SUBDIVISION. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, by an easement recorded in Book 12, Page 332, of the Records of the Cole County, Missouri, a sewer easement was granted to the City of Jefferson, a Municipal Corporation, to excavate within, install, construct, maintain and repair structures for the routing and conveyance of sewer in, under and through the lots, tracts or parcels of land described in Section 1 ; Section 1 . The Council finds that the following described easement is surplus property of the City and is no longer needed for any public purpose: Vacate a portion of an existing sanitary sewer and storm easement across part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1 , Township 44 North, Range 13 Wcst, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: From the southeast corner of Lot 22, HERITAGE HOLLOW, SECTION ONE, as per plat of record in Plat Book 12, Page 332, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence along the southerly line of Lot 22, S86"09'23"W, 7.50 feet; thence S03 050'37"E, 84.45 feet; thence S75"31'32"W, 51 .91 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S02"57'02"E, 376.03 feet; thence S86"09'23"W, 52.64 feet; thence NO3"50'37"W, 365.00 feet; thence N75°31'32"E, 59.52 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Section 2. The easement described in Section 1 is hereby relinquished, and the City does hereby release and abandon whatever interest it has in the easement. S@ tt.i_cn 3.
