AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING CHAPTER 35,
ZONING CODE; SPECIFICALLY, SECTION 35-5.1.A., DENSITY AND DIMENSIONAL
STANDARDS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 35-51.A., Density and Dimensional Standards, Exhibit 35-51 A- is hereby
amended to increase the maximum allowed Floor Area Ratio of the C-O, C-1 and C-2
Commercial Districts to 1.0 F.A.R.:
