ORDINANCE NO. ' -
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH BURNS & MCDONNEL FOR
STORMWATER MASTER PLAN CONTRACT PHASE IV, AND AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL
APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE AMENDMENT'.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute an Amendment
to the Agreement with Burns & McDonnel for Stormwater Mister Plan Contract Phase IV.
Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as that agreement
attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. There is hereby supplementally appropriated the total amount of$389,500,$194,750 from
the MDNR Grant Revenue Fund (Acct. 3502-0000-0335-0020), and the amount of $194,750 from the
Stormwater Master Plan Account (Acct. 3502-9900-7350-3012), as outlined in detail in Exhibit B attached
hereto.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and
approval.
