WHEREAS, Bartlett and West Engineers has become the apparent lowest and best bidder on the Route T Sewer Extension Project; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The bid of Bartlett and West Engineers is declared to be the lowest and best bid and is hereby accepted. Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter an agreement with Bartlett and West Engineers for the Route T Sewer Extension Project. Section 3. There is hereby supplemental appropriated within the Wastewater Fund Surplus to the Wastewater Capital Project Account the net amount $50,000 as outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto, for the Route T Sewer Extension Project. Section 4. Topographic Survey of Proposed Alignment a. Establish horizontal and vertical control 16r pr() t. b.
