March 2, 1976
In accordance with the Varrant the inhabitants of Brewster qualified to
vote in the Presidential Preference Primary, met at the Town Hall, Tuesday,
March 2, 1976•
The polls were declared open at 10:00 a.m. The election workers, duly
sworn in were Paul a. Sylver, =harden, Dorothy Grenier, Deputy ?harden,
Tellers Gladys Curtis, Richard Kingston, Katherine Meyer, Nils Parson, Doris
Powell and J. Ogden Tyldsley, Jr. The counters who came in at 5:30 p.m.
were Hugo Frederickson, June Gallant, Margaret Macaulay and Wilbert Waite.
The polls closed at 8:00 p.m.
The total number of votes cast was 987.
