WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN CONAPLIED WITH. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from C-2, General Commercial to N-0, Neighborhood Office: A tract of land lying in the northeast quarter of Section '13, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point, said point being on the southerly line of Swifts Highway and distant northwesterly,203 feet 61/4 inches from the intersection of the Southerly line of said Swifts Highway and the line between ranges 11 and 12 and running; thence northwesterly along the southerly line of said highway, 96 feet 10 5/8 inches to a point; thence south turning an angle, 101 degrees 22 minutes to the left, 538 feet and 7/8 of an inch to a point; thence southeasterly turning an angle of 78 degrees 28 minutes to the left, 96 feet 10 5/8 inches to a point; thence north turning an angle of 101 degrees 32 minutes to the left, 538 feet and 71/4 inches to the southerly line of Swifts Highway, the place of beginning.
