All items conceming E-Iiginceriilg Division review in Section 33-8. of the Subdivision Code pertaining to final plat contents have been ticloressed on the latest submittal ofthe final plat. The following comments arc regarding this review; Regarding infrastructure; Existing street, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer infrastructure arc in the vicinity of the proposed development. Site plans will be necessary to consider how any future c)evclOpnlent will tic to these existing facilities. Regarding traffic impact; West Truman Blvd. is classified as a minor arterial roadway. from U.S. Highway 50 to MO Route 179 (Classification is from the List of Functional Roadway Classification for Jefferson City, dated April 12, 2000).
