AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING PROPERTY
AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING DISPOSAL BY MAKING AVAILABLE FOR TRADE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that certain property
is surplus property of the City, and as such represents a burdensome cost, and that the
property is not needed by the City. The property is described as follows:
Smart Vector 44" light bars (23 units) Serial Numbers: 40863, 40434, 44760,
41711 , 40861, 40862, 40587, 40588, 40638, 44759, 40637, 40433, 44878,
40255, 41707, 40254, 40860, 40640, 40253, 40252, 40639, 40586, and
40432
Smart Vector 48" light bars (2 units) Serial Numbers: 40585 and 40431
Code 3 Arrow Sticks (3 each) - Do not have serial numbers
Section 2. The City is hereby authorized to dispose of the property by trading them
for additional traffic counters.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
