oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-
nancial Officer of the newspaper(s) known as

and has full knowledge of the facts which are
stated below.
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of
the requirements constituting qualification
as a qualified newspaper as provided by
Minn. Stat. § 331 A.02, § 331 A.07, and
other applicable laws as amended.

The city council of the city of Med-
ina ordains as follow
Section 1. The sche•ule of fees
for septic repair ins ections for
drainage fields shall be: Septic
Repair (Drainage Fiel•s) $125.00
Section 2. The sche•ule of fees
for window installatio inspection
in existing openingshall be:
Building — window. (existing
openings) $50.00 plu. $.50 state
surcharge
Section 3. This ordi ance shall
become effective up its adop-
tion and publication.
