FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following section of Chapter 2, Administration, Article III General
Personnel Polices, Div. 2. Local Government Retirement System, Sec. 2-127 is amended
as follows:
Section 2-127. Election of Benefit Program LT-8.
The city hereby elects Benefit Program LT-8 one-ar!d-one+ f {
L-6 two (2) percent in accordance with the provisions of
Sections G,a9-81—.1011-1ded 105.660 and 105.685
RSMo. 1994. Such election shall be effective on April-1,19 9:July
1, 2002.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
