AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2003-2004
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI BY APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL
FUNDS WITHIN THE TRANSIT FUND.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the Transit Fund,
Revenue, (Federal Grants Acct. No. 6300-0000-0335-0010) the amount of $88,850 and
(Transfer from Capital Improvement Sales Tax D Acct. No. 6300-0000-0800-3502)the amount
of $17,770 as indicated on Exhibit A attached hereto.
SECTION 2. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the Transit Fund,
Expenditure (Purchase of Vehicles Acct. No. 6300-6300-7000-0010) the amount of $106,620
as indicated on Exhibit A attached hereto.
SECTION 3. The Director of Community Development, or his designee, is hereby
authorized to apply for the grants described in this agreement.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
