ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY' OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE
PERTAINING TO WEAPONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 18(Miscellaneous),Article VII-Weapons Offenses of the Code
of the City of Jefferson is hereby amended by amending Section 118-130 to read as follows:
Sec. 18-130. Permitted use of bow and arrow.
A.No person shall use a bow or crossbow a ithin the city unless suhicct to an exception Set out
in subpart 13,

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
