AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMEND THE CURRENT
YEAR BUDGET WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND BY SUPPLEMENTALLY
APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO THE STREET DIVISION, CENTRAL MAINTENANCE,AND
ANIMAL RESCUE
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Budget is hereby amended as set forth in Exhibit A, which is
attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein as if more fully and completely
set out, by supplemental appropriation of the funds therein described and by adding the
entries and accounts shown.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.

Pursuant to Article VII, Section 7.1(5.) of the Charter of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, I hereby
certify that the sums appropriated in the ordinance are available in the various funds to meet the
requirements of this bill.
