All work and services to be provided shall generally be in full accordance with the
Contract For Professional Services between the City of Jefferson and Horner & Shifrin,
Inc. dated Auqust_3,_2004; with the specific tasks to be performed consisting of the items
of work indicated by the individual line items presented on the spreadsheets
