AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING, AND
MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
REZONING 9.55 ACRES LOCATED AT 424 STADIUM BOULEVARD, LOCATED IN SECTION 18,
TOWNSHIP 44 NORTH, RANGE 11 WEST, JEFFERSON CITY, COLE COUNTY, MISSOURI,
FROM RD ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL. AND RA.2 MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
TO C-0 OFFICE COMMERCIAL,
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE
RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RD, One and Two Fainily
Residential and RA-2, Multiple Family Residential to C-0, Office Commercial:
Part of Outlot Nl-linbprs 86 and 87 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, rnorc particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of said Outlot No. 87;
thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Outlot No. 87, 665 feet, more or less,
to a point that a perpendicular line to the Easterly line of said Outlot No. 87 would
intersect the Southeasterly corner of a tract of land described in Boon 244, Page 354,
Colo County Recorder's Office; thence Westerly along said line 212 feet more or less,
to the Southeasterly cornet,of said tract described in said Book 244, Page 354, thence
Westerly along the Southerly line of said tract in said Book 244, Page 354, 270 feet

Rezoning of Property at 424 Stadium Boulevard
The City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 16,
2004 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the John G. Christy Municipal Building, 320 East
McCarty Street, to consider rezoning 9.55 arses of land now zoned a combination of RD One and
Two Family Residential and RA-2 Multiple Family Residential to C-O Office Commercial, such
