ORDINANCE_ NO. � 71
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH BURNS &
MCDONNELL FOR A SEWER RATE STUDY,
WHEREAS, Burns & McDonnell has been selected as the firm best qualified to provide
professional services related to the Sewer Rate Study project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Burns & McDonnell is hereby approved as the best qualified firrn to
provide professional services and its proposal is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement
with Burns & McDonnell for Sewer Rate Study.
Section 3. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as
that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
