AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING, AND
MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
REZONING 28 ACRES LOCATED Al 7311 AND 7517 ALGOA ROAD, LOCATED IN PART OF
SOUTHWEST FRACTIONAL QUARTER OF SECTION 19 AND [:'ART OF THE PRIVATE SURVEY
NO. 2616, 'TOWNSHIP 44 NORTH, RANGE 10 WEST, JEFFERSON CITY, COLE COUNTY,
MISSOURI. FROM RU, RURAL USE TO M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL,
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE
RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED wiTi-i
