VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION OF REAL PROPERTY CONTIGUOUS TO THE EXISTING
CORPORATE LIMITS OF 'THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI OR IS CONTIGUOUS TO
OTHER PROPERTY PETITIONED FOH ANNEXATION,, AND LOCATED IN SECTION 23 IN
TOWNSHIP 44 NORTH, RANGE 11 WEST IN TFIE COUNTY OF CALLAWAY, STATE OF
MISSOURI, AND REPEALING SECTION 1- 17 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
