AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY THE ADDITION OF A DISABLED PARKING SPACE
ON A PORTION OF WEST DLINKLIN STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Section 19-401 , (Streets and Hig_hway_s), Schedule (V), (Disably
Barking Spaces), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the
addition of a disabled parking space on a portion of West Dunklin Street, to read as
follows:
West Baaklin:on the north side of tha 200 block thereof,one 20 foot space extending east from
it point 40 feet cast of the east curb of Broadway Street.
Section 2. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule (0), (Parking Time
Limit Zones), Subparagraph (E), (Two Hour Limit), of the Code of the City of ,Jefferson,
Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of a disabled parking space on a portion of
West Dunklin Street, to read as follows:
West Dunklin: on the north side of the 200 Klock thereof,I)eginning a distance of 60 feet ease of the cast
curb of Broadway Street and extending cast of a distance of 125 feet.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
