AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2002-2003 BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY RECLASSIFYING POSITIONS WITHIN THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 2002-2003 Budget of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by
changing the Personnel Schedule of full-time positions by the addition of Deputy Director of
Transportation, range 20 ($46,395 - $68,325); Streets/Parking Division Director, range 19 ($42,977 -
$63,197); Parking Supervisor, range 12 ($28,750-$41,858); and the Deputy Director of Public Works,
Range 20 ($46,395 - $68,325).
Section 2. The 2002-2003 Budget of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by
changing the Personnel Schedule of full-time positions by the deletion of Director of Transportation,
range 22 ($54,849 - $81,005); and Parking Division Director, range 15 ($33,216 - $48,554).
Section 3. The 2002-2003 Budget of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by
changing the Personnel Schedule of full-time positions by renaming the position of Street Division
Director to Street Superintendent.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage
and approval.
