Question No. 2. - Proposed Amendment to the Constitution Do you approve of the adoption of an amendment to the constitution summarized below, which was approved by the General Court in a joint session of the two branches held August 30, 1966, received 188 votes in the affirmative and 46 in the negative, and in a joint session of the two branches held May 10, 1967, received 174 votes in the affirmative and 78 in the negative? Question No. 3,. - Proposed Amendment to the Constitution Do you approve of the adoption of an amendment to the constitution summarized below, which was approved by the General Court in a joint session of the two branches held July 20, 1966, received 225 votes in the affirmative and l in the negative, and in a joint session of the two branches held June 15, 1967, received 210 votes in the affirmative and 2 in the negative?
