ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS), SCHEDULE (S), (FADING ZONES), OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO PORTIONS OF MADISON
STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401 , ( tr sand Fiighway�), Schedule S, (Loa�iinq Zones),
Subparagraph (b), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by
deletion and addition of portions of Madison Street, as follows:
Madison SU-eet: In the 200 block and on the east side thereof from points 311 feet to 100 feel
south of the south curb Iine of Capitol Avenue. A commercial loadinr, zone shall be In el'fect
between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and 11 15 ►ninule parking zone will be in effect
between the hours of 11:00 11.111. and 5:00 p.m. every ditty except Sundity, with it 15 minute
parking limit.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
