AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH CENTECH AND ASSOCIATES FOR HEATING, AIR CONDITION, AND REFRIGERATION MAINTENANCE, WHEREAS, Centech and Associates has become the apparent lowest and best bidder on the Heating, Air Condition, and Refrigeration Maintenance project; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
