AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DELETING ARTICLE IV
(RETAIL FOOD STORE SANITATION)OFCHAPTER 15(HEALTH AND SANITATION)IN
ITS ENTIRETY AND DELETING CHAPTER 28 (BESTAURANTS AND REPLACING IT
WITH CHAPTER 28 (RESTAURANTS AND-FOOD—QaQE),
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Chapter 15 (Liep1th and_ 9 nLLc, tiQLi), Article IV (Retail Food Store
Sanitgtion), of the Code of the City of Jefferson is hereby deleted,
5gction 2. Chapter 28 (Restaurant) of the Code of the City of,Jefferson is hereby
deleted and replaced with the following:
