JEFFERSON BY THE ADDITION OF A PORTION OF WALSH STREET AND LOCUST
STREET,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
