AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,MISSOURI,AMENDING THE 2003-2004 BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI BY APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS WITHIN
THE TRANSIT FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the Transit Fund, Revenue,
(Federal Grants Acct. No. 6300-0000-0335-0010) the amount of$115,200 and (Transfer from Capital
Improvement Sales Tar, D Acct. 6300-0000-0800-3502) the amount of $28,800, as indicated on
Exhibit A attached hereto.
Section 2, There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the Transit Fund, Expenditure,
(Purchase of Vehicles Acct. No. 6300-6300-7000-0010) the amount of $144,000, as indicated on
Exhibit A attached hereto.
Sec iQn 3.. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
