NEW BUSINESS
YARDAGE SIGNS: Brenda Webb, owner of the Wood Rout presented
her design. She discussed a typical contract and listed the
conditions. Some of those being a five (5) year maintenance
program, an estimated cost of $3000.00 for the 18 holes, and a
time period of six weeks to complete the work prior to hanging.
The committee suggested that Brenda may want to present her
ideas to the ladies' and men's associations at a future date.
CLUBHOUSE DAMAGE CONTRACT: Marc Jorgensen has been selected to
repair damage done by broken pipes. In addition to work covered
by insurance, the contractor will also be in charge of
installing a wall heater in the mechanical room, temperature
sensing devices in and around wet system, and any other
improvements that may be required.
The committee strongly recommends the carpet be replaced with
something comparable in quality and price. The committee
believes the old carpet has lost a great deal of life
expectancy, therefore, it should not be re -used.
CART STORAGE, TRAIL FEES, AND LOCKER RENTALS
Subcommittee members Whiteman and McCarty presented their review
of current fees and their proposal for 1991 (attached).

private cart storage in the new building. The committee
suggested exploring costs to build a new private cart storage on
property located across from the maintenance shop.

fenced in lean-to comparable to existing cart storage (no more
than 40 spaces). Hormaechea seconded. All were in favor and
the motion passed unanimously.

year for 1991. Whiteman seconded. The motion carried with four

picture of the numbers of private carts stored on and off the
golf course. Hormaechea seconded. A11 were in favor and the
motion passed unanimously.
LOCKER RENTALS: Following a brief discussion, whiteman moved to
adopt Option 1 at $10.00/year per locker. Hormaechea seconded.
