ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ARTICLE
VII ADMINISTRATION AND PROCEDURES OF CHAPTER 35 ZONING CODE
PERTAINING TO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP AMENDMENTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 35-74.A.3.d. Legislative Approval-Development
Permits/Comprehensive Plan Amendments/Application and Review Procedures is hereby
amended as follows:
d. A Comprehensive Plan map amendment application shall include a written report and
proposed snap amendment that address all the review criteria in Section 35-74.A.4.

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
