ORDINANCE NO. =�-
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SAID PROPERTY
BY TRADING IN ON REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that certain equipment
is surplus property of the City, and as such represent a burdensome cost, that the property
has been replaced, and is no longer needed by the City. The property is described as
follows:
1992 (07-91) Vac Con unit with assorted nozzles.

Ford L 8000 Diesel,Tandem Axle with Vac Cron Combination Sewer Cleaning
&Vacuum Machine with 42,521 miles and 3,828 hours on truck engine which
runs vacuum also.
Section 2. The Finance Department is hereby authorized to dispose of the property
by trading it in on replacement equipment.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
