(ELECTIONS), ARTICLE I (IN Q
ENERAL), SECTION 12-13. CANDIDATES' NAMES ON
BALLOT, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:

Names On Ballots, of the Code of the City of Jefferson is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Sec. 12-13.Candidates' names on ballot.
Names ofcandidales for each office shall be placed oil the ballot in the ordCr in which his slatellicilt
of candidacy is filed Mill the city clerk. Nolwi(fistanding any other provisions of law to the contrary, no
