AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFF ERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING PROPERTY
AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING DISPOSAL BY MAKING AVAILABLE FOR TRADE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
aectiorL 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that certain
property is surplus property of the City, and as such represent a burdensome cost, and that
the property is not needed by the City. The property is described as follows:

Section 2. The Police and Finance Departments are hereby authorized to dispose
of the property by trading them to a licensed dealer for additional Bush Master rifles.
Sgction 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
