ORDINANCE NO. �2 � I '
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH JACOBS
CIVIL INC. TO EXTEND THE EXISTING CONTRACT TIME FOR CONSTRUCTION
SERVICES AND INCREASE THE CONTRACT AMOUNT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
_$'edqD_j. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a contract amendment with Jacobs Civil Inc, for construction services related to
the WPLF and Walnut Street pump station construction.
Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same inform and content as
that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force, and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
