1. The meeting was called to order by the chairman at 10:05 AM via
Zoom
2. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
3. A draft letter regarding the proposed demolition of the Barn and
House at 724 Long Pond Road prepared by Patricia Hess for the HDC
was discussed and finalized. Information on the historical nature of
the barn and
the Form -B on the property was previously forwarded
to the HDC. A copy of the letter from the Brewster Historical
Commission to the HDC on this topic is attached.
4. The committee discussed the fact that after March 1 future meetings
will have to
be held in person.

5. The Committee discussed and finalized its annual report for fiscal
2022. It is to be forwarded to the Town of Brewster.
6. The Demolition Delay law memo was further discussed and it was
decided to consult with others on the pros and cons of such a law for
Brewster before finalizing a memo to the HDC, Planning; Board, the
town's administrator and others.
7. The next meeting was schedules for February 28, 2023 at 10:00 AM
via Zoom
8. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 11:05
