ORDINANCE NO. 6
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2002-
2003 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL FUNDS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF STREET
EQUIPMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the General Fund
(Acct. No. 1000-0000-0995-9999) the net amount of $89,200, as indicated on Exhibit A,
attached hereto.
Section 2. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the Street Division
Account (Acct. No. 1000-4200-7000-0010) the net amount of $89,200, as indicated on
Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
