ORDINANCE NO._
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY INCREASING PARKING METER RATES ON
PARKING LOT 2, AND THE 100 BLOCK OF JEFFERSON STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 22-18 (Metereparking), Subparagraph F, of the Code of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of the following new
subparagraphs numbered 7 and 8:
7. Parking Meter spaces within Zone G nray be used for parking it maximsim of ten (10)
hours upon deposit(of thirty five cents($0.35) for each sixty minute increment.
8. Parking Meter spaces within Zone II may be used for parking it maximum of two(2)
hours upon deposit of thirty five cents ($11.35) for each sixty minute increment.
Section aection 2. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule N, (Parking. Meter
Zones), subparagraph (a), (Parkin�c Metpr Zone A) of the Code of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, is hereby amended by the deletion of the following portion of Jefferson Street:
(a) PARKING ME-VER/0NF A, (2-hom-limit)

Section 3. Section 19-401 , (Streets and Highways), Schedule N, (Parking Meter
Zone S), subparagraph (c), (Parking Meter Zone C j10-hour limit ) of the Code of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the deletion of the following locations:
(c) PARKING MI:
Zoes), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition
of new subparagraphs (g) and (h) as follows:
(g) PARKING METER ZONE G(10-hour limit)
City Parking Lot t12,200 block Commercial Street: 12 spaces on (lie north cud.
Jefferson Street:both sides of the one hundred block thereof,extending south from (lie alley to Capitol
Avenue when the legislature is not in session (June thru I)ccennber).
(h) PARKING; ME'T'ER ZONE II (2-hour limit)

Capitol Avenue during the legislative session (.January thru May).
