AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
BY THE ADDITION OF A FINE FOR EXPIRED TEN-HOUR PARKING METERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1-13(General penalty: continuing violations), Subparagraph (E),
of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of the
following:
22-18 Expired n►eter (10-liour muter) . . . . . . . .. . . .. . . . . . . . .. . . . .. . . . . . . .. . . . . . 5.00
Section 2, This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
