TO PREPARE A REHABILITATION DESIGN OF SEWERS IN THE MOREAU RIVER PUMPS STATION BASIN 3. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Secti n 1 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract amendment with Jacobs Civil Inc. for design work related to sanitary sewer rehabilitation. Section 2. The amendment shall be substantially the same in form and content as that Contract Amendment attached hereto as Exhibit A. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval. The parties hereby agre; to amend E?xhibit "A" of the Contract dated November 6, 2002, concerning the scope of.'f services to include the preliminary and final design plans. B.
