ORDINANCE NO,
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR A
CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION SYSTEM PROGRAM GRANT AND AUTHORIZIN a
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS, AMENDING THE 2002-2003 ANNUAL
BUDGET WITHIN THE GENERAL. FUND,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
agcti n . The Mayor, City Clerk, City Administrator and Police Chief are hereby
authorized to enter an agreement with the Missouri Department of Public Safety to
participate in said program beginning July 1 , 2003
ectjon 2. There is hereby supplemental appropriated within the General Fund
to the Jefferson City Police Department Budget ,Account the net amount $62,636 as
outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto, for a Missouri Department of Public Safety grant.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in tull force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
