instructing negotiators, under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(e) regarding Byers
Peak Ranch and to include Special Counsel Ferguson and Crandall, Town
Manager Durbin, Public Works Director Nordin, Planner Trotter and Finance
Manager Havens.
