AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
THE PRELIMINARY PUD PLAN FOR 2118 SCHOTTHILL WOODS DRIVE, DESCRIBED AS
LOT 95 OF SCHOTTHILL WOODS SUBDIVISION, SECTION FOUR.
WHEREAS. IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE
RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described property is subject to the Preliminary Planned Unit
Development Plan described in Section 2:
Lot 95 of Schotthill Woods Subdivision, Section Four, a Subdivision of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri. Containing 0.80 acres.
SECTION 2. The following described Preliminary PUD Plan prepared by Chris Pritchard,
P.E., and Kevin Meinhardt, A.I.A., of Jefferson City, Missouri, on file in the Department of
Community Development as Case No. P03014 is hereby approved for the above land
referenced in Section 1.
A. The following land uses are approved for the site described in Section 1 :
Restaurant use containing approximately 4,000 square feet, including drive
through window and associated parking;
B. Common Areas, Public Land. No common areas are included and no public lands
are dedicated with this PLID Plan.
SECTION 3. The proposed use conforms with the "commercial" land use designation
on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map and the existing surrounding land uses.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Preliminary PUD Plan for 2118 Schotthill Woods Drive
The City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, will hold a public hearing on
Monday, July 21, 2003 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the John G. Christy
Municipal Building, 320 East McCarty Street, to consider a Preliminary PUD Plan as
described herein and for the following property:
SECTION 1. Property Location and Description: 2118 Schotthill Woods Drive,
such real estate being described as follows: Lot 95 of Schotthill Woods Subdivision,
Section Four, located in Section 21, Township 44 North, Range 11 West, in the City
of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri. Containing .80 acres.
SECTION 2. The following described Preliminary PUD Plan prepared by Chris
Pritchard, P.E., and Kevin Meinhardt, A.I.A., of Jefferson City, Missouri, on file in
the Department of Community Development as Case No. P03014 is hereby
approved for the land described in Section 1:
