ORDINANCE NO. r 7 -4
AN ORDINANCE OF 'THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
PERSONNEL POLICY MANUAL FOR THE MUNICIPAL SERVICE OF JEFFERSON CITY,
MISSOURI PERTAINING TO OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Section 20.4, Outside Employment, of the Personnel Policy Manual for
the municipal service of Jefferson City, Missouri, is hereby amended as follows:
Section 20-4.Outside employment.
Outside employment is prohibited it'such employment would have an adverse effect on the
entployee's performance ofoflicial duties with the City or be ivciudicial to the reputation of the City.
Employees shall infomi department directors ol'the acceptance of any outside employment.No City
Administrator or Department Director shall, either as an employee or an independent
contractor, provide services for compensation to any party other than the City ur A-osA„�tr ,
