AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 254,
ENTITLED "VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC" OF THE
CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTE RET
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Carteret,
(hereinafter `Borough "), that Chapter 254 entitled "Vehicles and Traffic' of the Code of
the Borough of Carteret is hereby amended and supplemented as follows:
Section 1. §254 -22, entitled "Schedule IV: Limited Time Parking." is hereby
amended and supplemented to add the following, the remainder of the
ordinance shall remain unchanged:
Schedule IV: Limited Time Puking.
Name of Street Side Time Limit Hours/Days Location
Rasculineez Road Both 60 minutes All Entire Length
Section 2. All Ordinances and/or provisions thereof inconsistent with the provision
of this Ordinance shall be and are hereby repealed as to the extent of any
such inconsistencies.
Section 3. If any section, subsection, part, clause or phrase of this Ordinance shall be
declared invalid by judgment of any Court of competent jurisdiction, the
section, subsection, part, clause or phrase shall be deemed to be sever able
from the remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication
according to applicable law.
