AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING PROPERTY AS
SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING DISPOSAL BY SEALED BID OR AUCTION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that certain property is
surplus property of the City, and as such represent a burdensome cost, and that the property
is not needed by the City. The property is described as follows:
1993 International Sludge Truck, Model #4900 6x4
Automatic transmission, 230 hp diesel motor
Tires: front 42 x 25.00-20 Back 48 x 25.00-20
Vin 1HTSHAAR61-1589822 with 2,327 hours/8,108 miles
Section 2. The Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to dispose of the property by
sealed bid or auction.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
