ORDINANCE NO. 3-4o5—
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING PROPERTY AS
SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING DISPOSAL BY TRADING ON PURCHASE OF
REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that certain property is
surplus property of the City, and as such represent a burdensome cost, and that the property
is not needed by the City. The property is described as follows:
SCADA Radios, #MDS2130RHAA121 (2 each)
SCADA Radios, #MDS2130PFIAA121 (3 each)
Section 2. The Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to dispose of the property by
trading in the property in connection with the purchase of replacement equipment.
® Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
