ORDINANCE NO,
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING A
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION WITHIN THE WASTEWATER FUND,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementaliy appropriated within the Wastewater
Fund Account(Account No. 6400-9800-7310-0012, Walnut Pump Station)the net amount
$200,000, as outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto.
Section 2. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the Wastewater
Fund Account(Account No. 6400-0000-0995-0000,Transferfrom Surplus)the net amount
$200,000, as outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
