ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,MISSOURI,AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH AMEREN UE FOR WATER MONITORING
AND TREATMENT SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION
WITHIN THE WASTEWATER FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Sgction 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement with Arneren UE for Water Monitoring and Treatment Services.
Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as that
agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the Wastewater Fund
Account(Account No. 6400-9800-7310-0012, Walnut Pump Station) the net amount$200,000,as
outlined in Exhibit B attached hereto.
Section 4. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the Wastewater Fund
Account (Account No. 6400-0000-0995-0000, Transfer from Surplus) the net amount $200,000,
as outlined in Exhibit B attached hereto.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
