AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS), SCHEDULE (R), (RESERVED _PARKING),
SUBPARAGRAPH (A)(3), (POLICE BUSINESS PARKING), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, BY THE ADDITION OF A PORTION OF WEST MCCARTY STREET,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule R, (Reserved
Parking), Subparagraph (A)(3), (Police Business Parking), of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of a portion of West McCarty
Street, as follows:
West McCarty Street: the three hundred block on the north side thereof for law enforcement
parking only.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
